Duloxetine Tablets IP 20,30,40,60 Mg have been prescribed for treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, fibromyalgia, and major depressive disorder. They are known to work by inhibiting reuptake of serotonin & norepinephrine and increase dopa mine. Duloxetine has chemical formula C18H19NOS with molar mass of 297.41456 g/mol. This chemical has bioavailability of about 50% with high protein binding ability of 95%. They get metabolized in liver with help of CYP2D6 & CYP1A2 with elimination half life of 12.1 hours. Duloxetine Tablets IP 20,30,40,60 Mg are derivative of thiophene and belong to drug class of serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors.
